Another big part of the @myforexfunds vs. @cftc document dump from yesterday is that the CFTC will NOT object to the judge's recommendation. And it seems pretty clear that they were sanctioned. All this points to good news for My Forex Funds.

Still waiting to hear something substantial from @myforexfunds, but here's a quick update. MFF released the list of their legal expenses, and the CFTC owes them $3 million of the $7 million that MFF spent on its defense. The CFTC is not contesting that amount & will pay MFF.
