Had our first meeting of the 2024-25 academic year! Stacey Czaplewski, head ATC, joined the group to walk us through CPR and AED use. Took a couple moments to celebrate successes from last year, but are super focused on the tasks at hand to make this one the best year yet!

Huge thanks to Porter Moser for joining Winona State Warriors after we watched #TheLoyolaProject tonight. Incredible lessons learned from the documentary about 1963 NCAA MBB Champs and a reminder from coach that if we want to see change, we need to be the change.

Always a pleasure to talk with Dr. Bob Boerigter - this time at NCAA Division II Men’s Basketball Regionals in Topeka, Kansas. Trying to catch as many lessons as I can from a fellow Northwestern College alum!

Today is National Cerebral Palsy Awareness Day. I have cerebral palsy. I also am a sports announcer, mostly on TV. The first thing people think when they see you isn’t even close to the only thing about you. My career exists because that’s true. Thanks to all who get it.

The Warrior Spooktacular (formerly zombie crawl) hosted by YOUR Student Athlete Advisory Committee is coming right up! October 12th from 3:00-5:00pm @ Maxwell Field. We hope to see all elementary school aged and younger kids for some fun activities and treats!
