Developing #Leadership in isolation from your team, your fellow leaders, your values, your mission and vision is less effective compared to developing leadership in an integrated approach. Leadership Matters can be used individually but works well in a collaborative approach.

In our Cohort 3 Leadership Matters Year 2, Step 2 meeting, we will discuss delegation and team meetings. I often tend to delegate the role of chair to a fellow leader and aim to hear as many voices as possible (and get the coffees in) #leadershipdevelopment #leadership #delegation

In our 3rd meeting for our Leadership Matters 3rd cohort, we covered 'decision making', 'emotional intelligence' and 'clarity'. We were pretty clear on the decision to finish 5 minutes early as it felt like everybody was a bit tired 😁 #LeadershipDevelopmen
