I currently have bills to pay, but they do not care. Instead they care about the bottom line. I'm stressed beyond measure. And I do not even know where to begin taking this further.

This is a company that prides itself in the health of its internal and external clients. Yet mental health is the number one cause of resignations and some dismissals.

Therefore I requested to retract my resignation and requested they continue with the dismissal process due to me being AWOL. They rejected this and said 'they wish me well in my future endeavors'

So I wrote an extensive email to my HR advising them that they were not forthcoming with ALL the implications, furthermore they have treated previous employees differently to me.

They recieved their salaries accordingly, and the following month were paid what was due to them. Nothing further. So now this feels like a personal attack.

I researched to find out if this was indeed the process, since it was not stipulated in the employment contract nor the code of conduct. I found 2 ex employees who also resigned with immediate effect before payday but were never subjected to this recalculation.

After I accepted these terms, a final one was raised that I will not be receiving a salary😳. I asked why that would be and I was advised a recalculation would have to be done. I did not understand because the terms were already laid out and accepted.

I was advised to apply for leave from the 30th to the 11th July as they accepted my last day as the 12th July. I was advised I would be blacklisted and I accepted these terms and advised they can proceed with the resignation.

I went AWOL and my last working day was the 29th June. I sent an email requesting that my employment be terminated and reyqtsed for a resignation with immediate effect rather than dismissal. This was agreed to with certain Ts and Cs of course
