The Lewistown Elementary School second grade students in Ms. Corbin’s class had a book signing event today.   The event was to celebrate all their achievements in creating and writing their own classroom book.   Their book was professionally published #GoHuskies!

The Varsity Boys and Girls Cross Country Teams are competing against Cumberland Valley High School today   Great turnout at Indian Valley Elementary Center to support the Huskies!   #GoHuskies!

A huge shout-out to the Mifflin County High School Boys Varsity Cross Country Team   The MCHS Boys Cross Country Team finished 2nd out of a 47-team field at the PIAA Foundation Cross Country meet today   1st place Carter Smith   19th place Reese Cubbison   #GoHuskies!

This afternoon is a girls varsity tennis match against Central Dauphin High School The Huskies are ready to go! #GoHuskies!

Tonight, there are JV and Varsity Field Hockey Games against State College Area High School Before the games the players selected staff members to recognize as part of teacher appreciation #GoHuskies!

The Mobile Ag Ed Science Lab is at East Derry Elementary today Mrs Ishler’s students were doing a lesson on insects  Many of our students are having the opportunity to participate with the Science Lab #GoHuskies!

This afternoon, I had the opportunity to visit a few of the programs at the Mifflin County Academy of Science & Technology (The Academy)   It was impressive to see what these students are doing each and every day   Well done, students and staff at the Academy   #GoHuskies!
