Mental Wellness Week is underway at Medea. Today, on Movement Monday, we did Yoga in the library.

Tuesday Tea Time was a big hit. A little Tea and a little coloring to relax during lunch.

The counselors did some fun activities in 7th & 8th grade PE classes today to talk about mental health and the importance of talking to someone about your problems. Ask your student about our CARE box.

Red Ribbon Week activities were a huge success. The counselors in conjunction with ASB, held Jeopardy games during lunch in the library. Fun was had by all and they may have even learned something along the way. :)

It is "TIME" to be Grateful. Students are helping to create a Grateful Chain this month and enjoying our Wellness Wednesday's. This week? Breathing.....

Wellness Wednesday featured bracelets with relaxing/uplifting scents. Students learned which scents are help with different moods.

Excited to have Medea join the Kindess Week Challenge.

Our library table is ready to spread kindness. This month's topic is "How to Make Friends".
