Gotta give a BIG THANKS to Gnuse mfg for sticking around till 1:00 on a Sat. so I could buy a new hoist and then taking my phone call on a Sunday with questions. Couldn’t have got it done without them! Family owned. Businesses are the best. Pride it shows.

Hauled 85 steers to Clarinda Livestock Auction with the help of my wife for the Jan. 2nd sale and then came home and picked out our replacement heifers. Ended up keeping 31 head.

4 year degree is not for everyone. A young kid can put in a little work in high school, with the help of the A+ program and a few scholarships can come out of a two year trade program, debt free and making money day one.

Some February-born heifer calves are from first-calf heifers. The sires of the heifer calves in the videos are High Road, Proclamation, and Built Right.
