President Trump today at the White House said to me: “Be nice. Don't be threatening.” I’m not the first human being, woman, black person or journalist to be told that while doing a job. My take: Be steady. Stay focused. Remember your purpose. And, always press forward.

The first senior we are honoring is McKale Thompson (McKale). McKale has been an absolute gym rat since coming to OPRF. She has added a new level to her game each year. One of the best defenders in the conference, McKale also has carried an unweighted GPA of 3.6.

In the opening game loss, McKale was spectacular with 16 points and relentless full court pressure. @AbbySpencer0 added 11 points. Reese Garland, Rachel Hartman, and Kennedy Jones played strong games on both ends of the court.
