I can honestly say (and I'll admit it) he's the most unpleasant fella you're ever likely to meet. All smiles and laughs when you win and a very, very poor loser when you don't with every excuse there's been, wind, rain, pitch. You name it.

Anyone that has any dealings with Microsoft Support centre has my deepest sympathy. I am 35 hours and counting trying to resolve an issue and constantly the same narrative all the time. Its by far the worst customer experience imaginable. Dreadful organisation.
