No matter what anyone says, just SHOW UP and DO THE WORK today. And do it again tomorrow. And the day after that, etc. 📷 From page 176 of my book, “The Power of Positive Leadership.”

Today, Briana and I were surprised with an incredibly kind gesture compliments of the team. Our Wilmington CC family was gracious enough to help us celebrate our new addition with gifts, cards, and even some new planters. Plus rain (finally)! Feeling grateful and humbled 👶🏻⛳️

This agro TEAM, the feels, work seems like a weekend cookout…so great to be around, all fun & so many laughs. Can’t wait to see them achieve their goals & dreams, together, we are better, for all, and each other. #TeamworkMakesTheDreamWork

Hard to believe it’s been 1 year since the BMW Championship visited us here at Wilmington CC. Proud of the product the team has provided for members and their guests throughout a “normal” 2023 season. Wishing best of luck to our friend Paul Vermeulen this week!

That time of year when fine turf surface management becomes particularly fun, and primary rough management becomes a bit more difficult. Jazz doesn’t seem to mind!

It’s been a pleasure working with Nick. Incredible temperament/attitude, and an ultimate team player. Can’t think of anyone more deserving. Congrats to an awesome individual!

A mad dash to the drainage finish line today. Not the ideal type of buried treasure to find towards the end of the improvement project!

This past week I had the privilege to volunteer at the U.S. Women’s Open! What Josh and his entire team at LCC Grounds Department have accomplished leading up to this major is extraordinary! Getting to help my friends Nate and Eli this week will be something I cherish forever! #USWO2024
