HS coach friend of mine spoke w/ D1 coach late last week about one of his players. College coach saw kid play before & watched a recent video. I asked my buddy what the coach asked about his player: 1) How’s kid off the field? 2) How are his grades? 3) What are the parents like?

Tonight’s game at Delta has been rescheduled for Thursday, this week. There will be no practice for both teams tonight. Bearcats next game will be Wednesday against Muncie Burris, at the Ball State Baseball Diamond! We are extremely excited for this opportunity! #Resurgence

Stat of the Day: Muncie Central's victory over Muncie Burris is the 5th straight W for the Bearcats, evening their record at 6-6. It's the longest winning streak for the 'Cats since MC's 2016 team also won 5 in-a-row.

Varsity cats dropped a tough one last night 12-1 to Delta. They will be back in action on Monday against Anderson.

JV cats also lost to Yorktown last night. They will be back in action with a double header against Jay County Baseball at home on Saturday.

We drew Anderson for our sectional draw and will play them in the sectional semi final. #Resurgence

How SWEEP it is!!! Bearcats fly the W twice today, beating Marion 14-1 and 4-1 on a chilly doubleheader in Marion. Bearcats improve to 4-6 on the season, and are back in action at beautiful Bottorff Field on Monday afternoon against Delta at 5pm.

Cats beat Anderson tonight 2-0, behind a 1-hit shutout from Cooper Durbin on the mound. Gage Emberton opened the scoring with a huge 2-out, double in the 4th, scoring Chase Flannery from 1st. Then, Durbin helped himself with a single to score Flannery again with 2-outs in the 6th

With the win tonight, the Bearcats improve to 6-7. They play Anderson again tomorrow at beautiful Bottorff Field. First pitch is at 5 PM!
