MCAUs Heritage team are currently the lead design architects on the refurbishment of the Ashton Old Baths Annex for Tameside Council , this completes the 2nd phase of our highly successful AoB refurbishment. AoB is celebrating its 150 year anniversary this year!

MCAUs Heritage team have been assembled from Appleyard and Trew, renaissance & Crookes Walker with Casey as the main contractor. Our client is Tameside Council and the building operators are Oxford Innovation Space This is a strong addition to our continuing Heritage work

MCAU's latest Heritage project is over halfway through completion for Tameside Council and is the refurbishment of the Grade 2 star Listed Ashton Old Baths It will be a new state of the art Data centre and new offices linking into the first Phase
