Can Apple release something that puts virtual desktops back on the correct monitor after unplugging/replugging? Call it "screen intelligence" and pretend it's AI-powered or something.

Proprietary tech stacks are a liability in the age of LLMs. Already dubious imo (eng hires have to learn your weird ecosystem instead of using existing knowledge), now it just means worse code generation. Go off-road only for immense benefit critical to your core business.

The words "for babies" can only be heard in a loud sarcastic voice in my head even when literal for some reason. Like I imagine a sneering jock from a bad 90s movie saying it. "Okay daughter, I hope you go to sleep listening to Six Hours of Disney Lullabies FOR BABIES!"

One invocation per instance was never the right model, mega-especially with JS runtimes, because so little work in web servers or glue code is CPU bound. Cloud Run is the original 🐐 shipping concurrency for serverless back in 2019 (for arbitrary containers no less).

Growing increasingly convinced that agents don't need "memory" as some kind of abstract graph, what they need is a filesystem and a scratch directory where they can take whatever notes they want to take. Coding agents are essentially great general-purpose agents in disguise.
