The Outreach Committee participated in the World Heart Day Walk at Fairwood Park in Bowie, MD on September 24, 2022. The purpose was to raise awareness & prevention measures about cardiovascular disease. 10 members & 5 guests participated in this event. Thanks for your support!

On August 29, 2022, the Membership Committee hosted the 2022 Induction & Installation Ceremony. We welcomed 15 new members. We were honored to welcome Executive Director, Janice Mathis, National Bylaws Chair, Alicia Lewis & National Assistant Secretary, Nichelle Henderson.

On Sept. 24, 2022, MB-NCNW, Inc. supported She Rises, Inc. in their 3rd Anniversary Celebration by attending the She Will Rise Brunch. She Rises, Inc.‘s mission is to inspire, strengthen, & empower young mothers in Maryland & D.C. through mentoring & other resource support.

On April 16th, the Social Committee hosted the Sisters of MB-NCNW and worshipped together at our Annual Church & Brunch event at Mt. Ennon Baptist Church. We also enjoyed the Brunch fellowship at the Harborside Hotel in Oxon Hill, MD. #mbncnw #GoodHealthWINs #churchandbrunch
