This isn’t a good idea anywhere, and just isn’t workable on the Great Western Greenway between Westport and Newport:

The Greenway before Transport for Ireland got involved and then after...now a ramp steeper than most climbs in Tour de France... Mayo County Council When are you going to announce closure of Greenway? And opening of mountain bike trail...also too narrow for two so will need a traffic light system
