My heart is broken. A 16-year-old high school student in Georgia texted her mom, "I know I've not been a perfect daughter. I love you. I'm sorry." Enough is enough.

The good news is there's someone out there with deep pockets willing to put real money into alternative media and actually pay their talent well. The bad news is that it's the Kremlin.

CNN reported that a 16 year old student at Apalachee High School texted her mother during the shooting, “I’m sorry I haven’t been the perfect daughter. I love you.”

My kid's high school was on lockdown today. I sent her a text to make sure she was okay. I was afraid she wouldn't respond but, thankfully, she did. A few states over, parents sent similar texts to their kids but didn't get a response. This is life under Republican legislators.

Republicans love to say that Democrats are murdering babies at nine months. This is a lie. Republicans are murdering children every single day because of their obsession with guns. This is the truth.

Don’t let gun violence get pushed out of the news cycle. We cannot forget about Apalachee High School or the other 5,089 mass shootings since 2014.

Donald Trump is fake worried about children getting fake surgeries in school and coming home as a different gender. Kamala Harris is worried about real kids not coming home from school because of a mass shooting.

Do you remember growing up with the constant threat of school shootings? I don't. Most Gen X and millennials don't. So no, they aren't a "fact of life," JD Vance.
