We often confuse the real sources of our anxiety, and focus instead on things that don’t matter that much, because they are safer to worry about.

The people pleaser in you has to die. The one who unconsciously tries to seem like a nice and likeable person to others. You betray your true inner self each time you're unauthentic, and soon that inner voice starts to lose touch with you. It no longer trusts you.

They will excuse the PM for not being able to understand basic English, but will shame & judge everyone around them who can't speak proper english.

Stop being so nice! People take advantage of you and you let them because of your niceness. Because you avoid the discomfort of calling them out and standing up for yourself. Don't avoid it. If you feel resistance in standing up, then there's more of a reason for you to do so

A people pleaser will judge himself when he starts standing up for himself. He's so programmed to keep others first and undervalue himself, that standing up for himself feels like he's doing something wrong and hurting others.
