Preprint alert! 🎉 Christopher Todd and the team used multi-omic profiling of human and mouse embryonic development to identify a conserved program of epigenetic priming at lineage specific enhancers for all three germ layers within the epiblast. biorxiv.org/cgi/content/sh…
First pre-print from the lab! Together with Luca Pinello and Daniel Bauer we developed CRISPR-CLEAR, an experimental and computational pipeline to dissect enhancers at nucleotide resolution. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
