UPDATE: Located Safe On Tuesday, Sept. 08, 2020 @ approximately 6:40 pm, Chandler Locklear, 15, of Pembroke was reported missing. Locklear, who has autism, left his residence around 6:10 pm. Locklear was last seen walking toward Hwy 74 W. on S. Chicken Road.
