Chiltepins smoked with mesquite. This can't be a bad thing. Also growing my own chiltepin plant and hopefully will be able to harvest some in the near future. Open to tips on caring for this plant. They can be very temperamental.

In Miami so I had to get a Cuban sandwich. It was delicious, but needed something. Added some chiltepins and gave it some real sabor! Chiltepins; never leave home without it. Told ya Pati Jinich. Best. Chile. Ever.
