I love this former World Savings Bank building at 2289 W. Howard in Evanston. I know it dates to 1999 but can’t place an architect. Anyone know?

Okay I think that’s all the Twin Cities content I’ve got, but overall impression: terrific place!

A major trip highlight and a perfect adaptive reuse: the Mill Museum (2003) by MSR Architects built within the ruins of the Washburn A Mill (1880), the largest flour mill in the world at the time of its completion.
