Trevor Lewis is the only active NHL player from Utah. Lewis (his dad is Canadian) once played on a youth team in Utah that only had 12 players. Lewis went back home to Utah to play 6 games in the ECHL during the 2012-13 lockout. He's a UFA this summer, will Utah sign him? #NHL

No question the NHL continues to work at a solution to move the Coyotes to Salt Lake City. That’s the end game. But sources involved share tonight that there are still major issues to be resolved. Complicated transaction. Still a fluid situation.

Per multiple sources, the Coyotes have been informed that relocation to Salt Lake City is real.
Now hearing it could actually be announced on April 17; the date of the Coyotes’ final game at home vs. Edmonton.

Look like #Yotes ownership planned on keeping the relocation hidden from the players and staff, and only met with the team today because the story got leaked to the media and the team found out from the media.

This is at least the third time the #NHL has had to draft two scheduling options in case the Coyotes moved. In 2010, they nearly moved back to Winnipeg. In 2013, they nearly moved to Seattle. Now in 2024, will they go to Salt Lake?
