Hello #twitterstorians I'm teaching a class on the Malayan Emergency and looking for a link to/copy of document(s) that declared it. Any ideas? Thank you!

Sanaa Alimia Thanks Sanaa Alimia for this list! I would also add, beyond the many great scholars already mentioned, the amazing work of @elisabeth_leake for all things frontier and soon the Soviet invasion and the book of Maximilian Drephal to know more about 1919 Afghan Independence just celebrated

Thank you Warnings from the Archive for a timely and thought-provoking #WFTAworkshop. It was a pleasure to speak about ‘“Sickness”, the making of “crisis” and the Second Anglo-Afghan war (1878-1880)’ – and share in the discussion of all papers.

There I was yesterday at the #WFTAworkshop, thinking to myself: 'what a busy discussion'. And this morning, I find #Twitter is full of detailed discussion notes. Did you do all the typing Dr Margot Tudor? Tell us, how many of you are there? So useful, thanks! Warnings from the Archive
