46 years later, Cornell 5/8/77 lives up to its status as one of the Dead's most legendary shows. When D&C announced a show on 5/8 I was skeptical they'd try to recreate the magic in some kitschy benefit concert way. Happy to report that wasn't the case. Review coming soon

I can confidently say Dead & Company has never sounded better. Was Cornell University '23 an anomaly? I sure hope not. But D&C absolutely honored the Dead's '77 show while making it their own. Summer tour should be great, check out my review of the show!
