2/2 Zoomcar I exchanged words with Mr. Anmol (mentioned him as mediator, +91 89629 64253) and he told me that vehicle will be available to me at 14:50 HRS IST. After various telephonic conversations and delaying the pickup by 10-15 min every-time.

4/4 Zoomcar After this, on next call he demanded Rs.10,000 aa security deposit” demanded by owner of the vehicle Mr. Gaurav Arya due to security reasons because vehicle is new. Upon searching the Registration plate of XUV700 [UP16DP8052],

5/5 Zoomcar we came to know Mr. Gaurav Arya is not the owner of vehicle and we denied any further payments other than being made in zoomcar official app. After that our booking stopped showing on ‘My trips’ tab on zoomcar app.

6/6 Zoomcar We tried reaching Zoomcar support many times but no proper communication is mentioned to reach them. On this we called Mr.Anmol and told him to cancel the booking and he agreed to cancel our booking but we haven’t received any communication regarding

7/7 Zoomcar cancellation. *We are not responsible for any sort of obligation/liability caused by the vehicle XUV700 [UP16DP8052] as we were not in the possession of vehicle ever.* We have paid a huge amount as our booking was for 50 Hours.

8/8 Zoomcar So I request Zoomcar here to kindly look into the matter and help us and further other individuals who can be a prey to this time of torturous behaviour.
