Construction is scheduled to start in spring this year, with all five projects expected to be fully operational by the end of the first quarter of 2024. The total investment will be €180 million, with the European Union providing funding. 2/3

#PPC continues to expand its portfolio of Renewable Energy Sources with another agreement with European subsidiaries of Lukoil Group for the acquisition of a 100% stake in Land Power srl, which owns a wind farm in operation in Romania with a total installed capacity of 84MW 1/3

The wind farm produces more than 200GWh per year as it is located in the Dorobantu and Topolog regions in Eastern Romania, which have the best wind potential in the country. 2/3

PPC Renewables-ΔΕΗ Ανανεώσιμες and #RWE Renewables Europe & Australia have taken the final investment decisions for the construction of an additional portfolio of 3 photovoltaic projects with a total capacity of around 280MWp (259MWac) in Western Macedonia in Northern Greece, 1/4

The fact that this new major investment in photovoltaics is taking place where lignite used to be produced exemplifies our unwavering commitment to the green transition. 3/4
