Evening 5K run after feeling a little sick 🤢 most of the day. My baby girl and I are paying for seating in rain watching Hail Sate Saturday 😩. Probably should’ve rested but felt better later in the day decided to get a few miles. Hope everyone enjoyed their Labor Day Weekend!!

3.5 evening miles in the book. Still not feeling 100% but good enough get some movement. Didn’t have anything left in tank for a lift so will settle for ice cream 🍨 instead. Hope it was a great day 😀! “Sometimes the greatest storms reveal the strength of your foundation.”

Wednesday evening 3 mile run followed by a nice circuit workout after. Definitely need to get more lifts done because I was feeling a little weak. Hope it was happy Hump Day for my good people. “The road to victory is paved with resilience and determination.”

4 miles and a circuit session to relieve a long stressful workday!! Nothing like a good workout to clear the mind. Hope it was a happy Thursday good people 😀 “In the face of adversity, your spirit becomes an unbreakable force.”

Beautiful day and the 82 degree weather was absolutely perfect. I can get use to this Fall temps. Mixed in my pushups during my run which felt pretty good. Hope everyone is enjoying the Sunday 😀 “You are the architect of your own destiny, even in the face of challenges.”

Got more windows washed for my aunt, then sunshine on her deck. 🥰

Sunrise 10K run around Arlington to get the day started. Got a burst of needed energy from everyone out moving around and getting ready for whatever events they were attending. Much needed run after a busy stressful work week and not able to get any miles done.

The excitement of first home game is definitely in the air during my morning run. Another beautiful sunrise run on this football 🏈 Sunday!! Now time to go cheer on the Saints and hopefully pickup this victory! Happy Sunday and go Saints!

Had such an amazing time today in Arlington watching the @saints put on a dominant performance. Although I’m not a fan of the Cowboys, they do have the Hail State great Dak Prescott playing QB1. My daughter favorite player which signed 2 jersey for her.

God, thank You for loving me and caring for me even when I feel anxious. You are trustworthy. You are so good and so kind. I fix my eyes on You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
