Happy to share new work Fraternali Lab led by Dongjun Guo - exploring how antibody heavy and light chains form specific pairs. We fine-tuned an antibody language model to predict pairing, and asked how pairing propensities change during B cell maturation and in diseases.

Our lab's latest article just published Clinical & Experimental Immunology. Using antibody engineering & preclinical models, we show a close cooperation between activating & inhibitory FcγRs helps boost immune responses following immunization.
