RE: Cooling Centres. These were discontinued in 2019, and the truth is they were under-utilized. In 2017, partly b/c of a cool summer, the City's seven cooling centres saw just 2,714 visits total. Similarly, Centres were only open for 16 days in 2018. But ... it's complicated. /1
