Third month of parenthood: sleep deprived, stress levels through the roof, midlife crisis on a daily basis. So far, so good. But, there’s a subtle pleasure to it. Sticking to the plan feels incredible when you “fight” hard for it. You get to prove yourself who you really are.

My goals get too big, too fast. Exercise -> get 6 pack abs. Write -> publish a book. Learn something new -> start a business. Result? Disappointment. For the rest of my life, I don’t want to accomplish anything. Learn, practice, repeat. I bet I'll get a lot more done.

Calling books about reality "non-fiction" is like calling meat "non-fish", or life "non-death". It's not quite the same. We should find a better word.
