Congrats to IEIatND and GC-DWC Prof. Nikhit D'Sa who was awarded a grant from Notre Dame Research, partnering with IRC - International Rescue Committee, to undertake a first-of-its-kind study to better understand the well-being, retention, and burnout for 6000 teachers in conflict-affected contexts.
