Cooler tomorrow with plenty of clouds. We'll be seeing widespread, scattered showers working through the region. Some thunderstorms will also be possible, mostly along and east of the Cascades and down into Siskiyou County. Enjoy this odd August weather. It won't last!

It'll be a seasonal Tuesday with mostly sunny skies and breezy late-day valley winds. We're tracking some much hotter weather for later this week. Along with the heat will come some monsoonal moisture that could touch off some thunderstorms for parts of the region this weekend.

After tomorrow, we crank up the heat in the Rogue Valley. We have the potential of hitting 100° or higher for 5 days in a row starting Thursday. The hottest days will be Friday & Saturday where Medford's record high temperatures will be in jeopardy of being tied or broken.
