Another wasted week on British Gas 25 hours of phone calls ! More lies ! A gas engineer who came out to confirm what I had been telling them and still not sorted! And all I’m asking for is to restart my direct debit so I can make payments 🤷‍♀️ but the lies of people are shocking !
