Spotlight This doesn't address the fact that the premium offers profile insights which mean you can market yourself better, but the extortionate cost is prohibitive. Its an elitist model. Please make all features part of the classic and make the classic cheaper, thanks

Spotlight Yet you're offering; a indicator is submissions are 150 or less, one to one support with casting directors and seeing if you appear on shortlists. You are advertising a package that makes actors believe they will be seen more for paying more.

Spotlight You still aren’t listening - £300 a year is not cost effective for a lot of actors. The only reason more workshops and things were provided was when you were challenged about your membership not being value for money - and that was when it had gone up to £180!
