Everyone’s got an opinion—every step of the way. It’ll change a hundred times before you’re done. One day they’ll say they always knew you’d make it. But none of that matters. Stack days. Stack work. That’s what moves you forward.

Going to be a good addition for someone out of the portal. Still growing in to a large frame. Has some big output for someone in the middle of the line up. Few schools in the mix, excited to watch him land somewhere and make an impact!

Dude had 1 pump a third of the way through the summer. Comes to The Farm for a quick tune-up…then drops 4 tanks in 5 days. Might’ve been the magic in the air. Or maybe moving better helps. He’s in the portal & they thought I was crazy when I said he could hit 15-20 for you.

Head and eyes stable while the body rotates. Pick a spot and keep your focus as you rotate. This trains c-spine stability so you’re balanced and seeing the ball. We all know it’s important, here’s another way to train it.
