I’m thinking about negotiating % of ad spend into my rate if a brand low balls me. I’m okay with accepting a lower rate and instead getting paid if my ad does well and gets spend. Has any one consistently done this and how do you track spend so you know the client is screwing

Sometimes you just have to trust creative strategists, because some of us… we know what we are doing. I had a UGC creator go through two rounds of revisions cause I saw potential in his creative. And guess what? They hit a 5x ROAS. That’s a number you want on your case study.

I've been super quiet in the UGC space for a while. Haven't felt the motivation to post. That said, Q4 has been insane despite not "showing up" online. Build strong relationships with agencies and brands, because when they love working with you, you'll be constantly busy.
