In a groundbreaking move NHS England in partnership with TSA has released its latest guidance, "TEC Referral Guidance." This is an important strategic step to further integrate TEC providers seamlessly into Urgent Community Response (UCR) pathways. More: tsa-voice.org.uk/news_and_views…

Great to see both of these documents published. Increasing referrals from both ambulance and TEC partners (TSA (TEC Services Association) ) into #UCR will help to keep people out of hospital and in their own homes, which is often better for experience and outcomes.

*New data* Nov 23 (52k) saw an additional 2000 people seen by #UCR services compared to Oct 23 (50k). That's another 2000 people staying at home where they want to be. A massive thank you to everyone in UCR teams for their continued hard work in keeping people out of hospital!
