Our friends at WDC need your help! We're joining them in calling on Iceland’s Minister of Food, Agriculture, and Fisheries Bjarkey Olsen to NOT grant the last whaling company in Iceland a new license to kill.

Help protect the whales and spread the message to !

It's time for the British Government to end the inhumane, ineffective and unscientific culling of badgers. Will you lend your voice to our petition for an end to the badger cull? Click the photo support.bornfree.org.uk/page/140032/pe…

🌿 This feral beast is one of my wild babies… A 20-metre long willow tunnel, a wild art installation that we set free in a park in Bristol about 8 years ago when I was running a wildlife group.

Have you seen it?
It is quite hard to find unless you know where to look.

I’ve just had my bike stolen from outside a coffee shop in Monton in Manchester.

Absolutely zero chance of seen it again, but I thought I would post on here just in case somebody sees something

Impressed by the interpretation on dead wood in Lille, France... a vital habitat sadly lacking in the UK where ecological tidiness disorder reigns supreme.

So much anger at the new COP28 draft text. None more so than from Marshall Islands:

“[We] did not come here to sign our death warrant. We came here to fight for 1.5C and for the only way to achieve that: a fossil fuel phase-out…We will not go silently to our watery graves.'

What could go wrong with sending in massive machines to scrape away the seabed? Other than dead marine life, destroyed ecosystems, and unlocked carbon, that is. Join the urgent campaign to stop deep-sea mining! secure.avaaz.org/campaign/en/de…

First restoration of beavers to a major British river system approved by NatureScot! Beavers set for return to the mighty Spey! Really important that they get on with it before dark forces conspire to slow this down or stop it altogether from happening. nature.scot/beaver-release…

A big thing I'm advocating for at the moment is truthful reframing in our programmes. We've lost 97% of hay meadows. True. There are 3% left and from those remnants we can and must rebuild them. Also true.
