We’re still waiting on a vote by the Oakland City Council on the term sheet to negotiate a new Athletics stadium at Howard Terminal. A motion is now on the table but A’s President Dave Kaval seemed thrown by the new amendments. City council members now in final discussion.

The Oakland City Council just voted to approve the term sheet for the Howard Terminal ballpark with some amendments. But the future of the deal is shaky with Oakland A's President Dave Kaval saying, "it's hard to understand how that's a path forward" right before the vote

Additionally, proof of vaccination will be needed for those 12 and older at indoor events larger than 1000 people.
