Kevin Newman becomes the second #Angels player to have two hits in one inning this season. He joins Jo Adell, who homered twice in the 5th inning on April 10 at Tampa Bay. This is Newman's third time with two hits in an inning: 8/29/19 for PIT at COL 5/31/19 for PIT vs MIL

The #Angels improve to 7-0 against the A's this year. It's the Halos first time winning the first seven games of a season series against one opponent since a 7-0 season series sweep of the Twins in 2014.
