I’m not so sure this is a ‘bombshell’ as the law has been around for years. But if you can just put me in touch with those developers I can help them get their SB-9 projects approved.

This project seems very serious. Maybe 3 years. Maybe 30 units. Could be around 20,000 sf or so more or less. Or maybe when I figure out that containers make no financial sense for housing (condos!) I won’t build with containers.
