So… what I’m taking away from this experience is that americanair doesn’t really give a crap about its customers. People in terminal starting to get mad at AA Customer Baggage Assistance staff because they don’t have answers.

Now we’re being told by the AA Customer Assistance Baggage people we can go on the americanair app and submit a “lost luggage” claim. Apparently they’ve lost an entire airplane full of luggage. That’s a new one. Two hours in and still no response from AA.
