If you are interested in modeling tumor response to treatment and findings from clinical trials are your main source of data, then this is for you mathematical-oncology.org/blog/tumor-mic…. I briefly discuss how differences between different types of clinical outcomes, tumors having subtypes 1/2

with distinct outcomes (e.g., a good response to neoadjuvant treatment but poor survival) and cell annotations that complicate such studies. Thanks to the Mathoncoblog team for their help and for posting this online.
