Q3: Had a colleague tell me the best way to start a year is by doing brag calls. I'm still working my way through my list, the positivity from parents is awesome. The Ss get excited to know you called home for something positive. Especially in a year like this. #MiddleMatters

#MiddleMatters Biggest thing I feel I can do for relationships in our class is for Ss to feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, learn and grow. I love seeing Ss come out of their 🐚 and build confidence.

Ss have been tracking MAP data. Probably one of the most exciting things that has happened this week. Hearing conversations about how the Ss rank in comparison and what they plan to do to grow (Ss were individually assigned a random number to chart their achievement and progress)
