India is busy with trade negotiations in the US, racing to finalise them within the 90 day deadline. US would be driving a hard bargain. Perhaps India ought to drag on the talks for at least 2 of those months by which time China would have made the US desperate for a conclusion.

David Cohen What an ill informed take. It was punjab and Bengal which were divided not Sindh or UP. The number of Muslims killed and displaced was higher than Sikhs and Hindus. East Punjab had zero Muslims left while west Punjab still managed to save 3% minorities.

Pakistan, by declaring that India’s withdrawal from the IWT is an “act of war”and that it would fight that war, is only ensuring that the world notices. In truth, India can do next to nothing to effect what it seeks to imply - that it will “cut off” or greatly reduce water flow.

“India cuts off water flow to Pakistan from dam on river Chenab” Headline today in many Indian papers. ???? But….where did the water go ?

Pakistan claims 8 civilians killed, 35 injured, including a child in a mosque. India reports 80-90 terrorists killed, denying civilian casualties.

Day 2 was an open casket for Delhi’s airpower myth. The Rafale BS‑001 lies mangled in Punjab soil, confirmed kill, first French combat loss, and not a single word from IAF brass. Dassault collapsed –6%, Chengdu surged +11.8%, the market didn’t blink, it defected. Amritsar lit up

🧵 A thread compiling all the documented information about wreckage sites found in India following the night of 6th May (Operation Sindoor) 1. Bathinda, Punjab — 90KM from the border. Tail & engine visible; confirmed by French intelligence officials to be a Rafale.

Day 3: Delhi called it Sindoor. The grid calls it something else: blackout. J‑10CEs punched holes in Indian airspace, Reuters clocks two jets down, Islamabad counts five, Delhi shows zero bolts, no brief, no wreckage, just hush. Ledger bleeds: 3 Rafales $864 M, 1 Su‑30MKI

Uncle, messy white hair, whiskey in hand, shouts “BC Let’s fu**ing wipe out Pakistan” then winks at a lady, pinches her bottom, tells his male journalist friend his co-anchor is hot, perversely describe her body parts & laughs. Then rings a politician friend to fix a ‘deal’. Who?

Ayush (GM, 🔆) Spirit of Congress✋ Ask Perplexity The UPA Rafale deal was for 126 jets at ₹54,000 crore with tech transfer for HAL-built jets, performance guarantees, and a potential for 210 jets, but it faced delays. The BJP deal was for 36 jets at ₹59,000 crore, with no tech transfer, a "letter of comfort" instead of

The din about India “cutting off” water supply to Pakistan has died down. Appears that realities about the Indus River system have at last made their way into the blockheads of Modi bhakts.
