Loling at the memory of our Honda Odyssey chaotically whirling in circles around the Arc de Triomphe as Mac laughed maniacally with actual enjoyment (I was praying with my hands over my eyes)

So glad the day we need to get into town for my nana’s funeral so we can visit with family and such, my dryer is taking 5x longer than usual to finish a simple load of cottons 😵‍💫

I hate that it took a death and a funeral, but I cannot tell you how wonderful, restorative, and special it has been to spend time with all my brothers, cousins, aunts and uncles, etc.

Had to pull off the on the way to the burial to change windshield wipers because the rubber completely came off of one and we had no visibility in a crazy rain storm 😬 Please pray we don’t encounter any traffic or we may miss it…

Btw we did miss it 😵‍💫 But we got to spend a couple hours at the graveside with everyone, and then another hour or more with my brothers and nieces and nephew at supper afterward. Truly one of the most blessed days I’ve had in my whole life.

I teared up at the end of the gospel reading. Pray for the Cardinals and pray for the man who God already knows will be elected to the chair of St Peter.
