Critical Care Staff Wellness Week has kicked off Mater ICU ….today started with a yoga session led by Aoife Lennon (Physiotherapist) followed by some tips on self care for HCPs by Dr Néidín Eustace (Psychologist) and a visit from our Therapy Dogs: Schui, Senna and Rossi !
