This is so sad. He was a brilliant and kind man. He will be so missed by everyone. Lee Eastman, his son has taken over for a while and has the compassion, honesty and sheer straightforwardness of his dad. It’s tough to follow a legacy but he’s amazing. RIP

Oh no. Jeff Beck has died. How can someone so alive have gone. The best there was. Some of my dad’s happiest moments in a studio were working with him. I had the pleasure of recording him playing a Day in The Life - he was a genius.
