Keep releasing that trauma that is stored in the body.

I don’t resonate with a cosmology that says children come into this world unconscious and unevolved. Many of the children born now, such as mine, are actually way more advanced Beings than their parents and come with entirely upgraded DNA. They are here in fact to awaken us.

These children are the ones with access that the codes, activations, templates and blueprints that are here to correct the distortion. We are here, as parents, to make sure they retain their memories, help them navigate the 3D holographic matrix and align with their mission.

When we overlay this idea that we need our children to ‘become like us” we imprint into their subconscious that the model for success here is through sameness, like-ability, social currency and attachment. What gets distorted is their authenticity.

Not everything is about us. I’m so thankful I have no such agenda with my child. That I’m simply here to support him becoming who he already is. It’s an honor to witness him as a Spirit who truly is a much wiser and older soul than me.

“Paradise lies at the feet of your mother.” I didn’t fully understand this Hadith until I returned to walking barefoot on the Earth.

Do you know that the Sun gets as much from shining down on you as you get from it sharing its radiance and vitality with you? Next time you’re laying in the sun send a hello and see if you can get a hello back.

I love the idea of others being our mirror, as much as the next person. But who you are isn’t some fixed object. Who you are is a constantly evolving process. So don’t ever lose your vastness trying to find safety through sameness with others. This is how you become stagnant.

When the things that are not working for you, that are ready to be released, that are not authentic to who you are, can be revealed, released and healed in a loving supportive relationship, family and community— that is the true gold of life.

The strength and resilience of your community is based on its diversity not its sameness.

Tap into the place where your uniqueness comes from.

Find a supportive community. You arent meant to carry the weight of the world alone.

The call to be in community is stronger than ever because the future is relational. Many of the things we are trying to anchor into the physical world such as healing, regeneration, and new ways of being cannot be done in isolation.

Sometimes you know who you are but you’re still figuring out who you are in relationship.

We’re not meant to be exactly the same in and out of a relationship because relationships are mirrors, catalysts, containers for expansion and collaborations . Ideally, we remain true to our essence and our core self.

The goal isn’t sameness, but integrity. So the version of you in relationship still aligns with your values, your truth, your boundaries and your beliefs. In other words, be yourself and allow the relationship to be a space where that self can evolve, change and grow.

The Art of being held by your soul family.

There is no one like you. No two souls are the same. The paradox is we are all one but we are all different at the same time.

I love being different and I also love being the same. That's why I love being on earth, you can explore duality and Oneness simultaneously.
