imo, a litmus test for provincial parties on housing is: do they support legalizing multiplexes? This is a common sense, bare minimum step. Both the BC Greens and BC Conservatives opposed it. Furstenau seems to deny there even is a housing shortage; Rustad sounds like a NIMBY.
